I’ve been looking forward to this live with
for weeks, and as expected, we had a time! We chatted about affirmations, tarot, healers, meditation, religion, and of course writing! I love a kiki with Cat because she can bring the laughs and the soul in the same breath. It was comforting to talk about the things we struggle with using humor and heart, so thank you Cat! We also talked about creating coping kits, which I wrote about a few months ago! Truly cannot recommend building yourself one as you continue on your own healing journey. Remember as Cat so astutely pointed out, processing our traumas and wounds takes a lot longer than we might think. So give yourself all the time you need. Allow yourself to feel the feels in your divine timing. And don’t be afraid to get support, whether it’s a therapist, a healer, or a channeler. Cat dropped the Joan Didion quote, “We tell ourselves stories in order to live…” which is a beautiful reminder that it’s okay to get support in finding the story that serves your growth and healing. And remember, as I always tell you, with growth comes grief, so give yourself space to grieve as you charge toward your next chapter. ilyAlso be sure to check Cat out on the Netflix series Sirens! See you next week!
